Entrepreneurship for All (EforAll) Berkshire County
is a nonprofit that helps under-represented individuals successfully start and grow a business through intensive business training, mentorship and an extended professional support network.

EforAll Berkshire County launched in Fall of 2019 through a robust collaborative effort of private and public sector organizations.

Business Accelerator

In Fall and Spring, EforAll runs a 12-week Business Accelerator for 12-15 local entrepreneurs. It provides immersive business training, mentorship and access to an extended professional network. Most classes and activities will remain virtual Anyone with a dream to start or grow a business is encouraged to apply.

Fast-paced, fun community events that enable early-stage entrepreneurs to gain valuable exposure and feedback on a business idea at no cost. Great opportunity to network and validate business ideas with the potential to win cash prizes.

A non-profit consultant in Berkshire County since 2007, Abbie's been a valued mentor since the first local Fall 2019 cohort. Her vast experience in the non-profit world has been proved extremely valuable to EforAll Berkshire County entrepreneurs.

Alumni Story: On The Right Path To Success

Berkshire Camino, founded by Mindy Miraglia, leads local guided walking tours and multi-day hiking journeys across the Berkshires, inspired by the long-distance pilgrim walk Camino de Santiago in Spain. She participated in the first Berkshire County Pitch Contest where she learned more about the Winter 2020 Accelerator Program and decided it would be perfect for helping her launch her business.

Alumni Story: A Different Type of Gardening

In downtown Pittsfield, MA, is an improbable Scuba Diving Center. Since its founding 35 years ago by Laurie Rock’s parents, AST Scuba has offered scuba education, introducing non-divers and avid Scuba divers alike to the underwater world. During the COVID pandemic, she faced a choice: change or close the business. She joined the EforAll Berkshire County Accelerator Program to help her during this “reset” process.
