Moonscape to prime real estate? Pittsfield gets $1.1M to help redevelop William Stanley Business Park
PITTSFIELD – The city of Pittsfield has received $1.1 million in state money to begin developing the largest of the William Stanley Business Park’s nine building sites. The money from two separate state programs will pay for preparing building Site 9 for construction. The 16.5-acre tract borders on Tyler Street and Woodlawn Avenue at the northern end of the 52-acre business park.

Baker-Polito Administration Celebrates Groundbreaking for Berkshires Life Sciences Innovation Hub
PITTSFIELD – Today, Governor Charlie Baker and Lieutenant Governor Karyn Polito joined state and local officials to break ground on the $13.7 million Berkshire Innovation Center (BIC), which will catalyze and accelerate innovation and growth of new and existing companies that will spur economic growth, job creation, retention and investment in Western Massachusetts.

Open Houses to Highlight William Stanley Business Park
PITTSFIELD – The Pittsfield Economic Development Authority (PEDA) will host three Open House events, on August 24, August 31, and September 14 at the William Stanley Business Park, to showcase the park’s developable building sites.

Dedication Ceremony to Celebrate the Reopening of the Woodlawn Bridge
PITTSFIELD – Pittsfield Economic Development Authority (PEDA) and the City of Pittsfield will host a community dedication ceremony at the William Stanley Business Park on Monday, June 27, to celebrate the opening of the new Woodlawn Bridge.
